How about publishing hours of operation on the Contact link off the Support tab of the website? Specifically, it would be helpful to know what days/hours Support is available - something like what icetv have would help ie. http://www.icetv.com.au/contactus.
Also, I tried calling (1300 766 440) this weekend (Saturday & Sunday) - the phone just rang through - how about a recorded message stating your hours of operation and the facility to leave voice mail?
